# How to obtain the diagnostic log before contacting support

#### Note:

Ensure your logger is connected to the PC (via USB cable) while performing the steps given below.

* Click the 'Logger' tab and then the 'Reflash' tab in the Navigation bar.
* Click the 'Diagnostics' tab once the 'Reflash' window opens.

Following these steps displays the diagnostics log of the logger:

* Click 'Save'.

Name accordingly and click 'Save' to save the diagnostics log at the desired location.
