Activate ReXdesk License

Notes:

• Before you begin, ensure you have the following-

  • Administrative Rights

  • Internet connectivity

Launch the ReXdesk software and click the ‘Help’ tab on the navigation bar.

Click the License option in the drop-down menu.

Click ‘Import’ to enter the license key.

Enter the ‘License identification code’ (provided by Influx) and click ‘OK’.

Notes:

• Please copy the code provided by the technical team and paste it into the space provided.

Once complete, the License status will be set to ‘Active’.
