My logger is recording data at the wrong time; what should I do?
Rebel Data loggers use Rechargeable batteries for the RTC; if the logger is not used for several weeks, the battery voltage will get low. You can plug the logger into a 12V power source and leave it for more than 12 hr to charge the cell. Once charged, you can set the time and confirm if the logger is keeping time. If the logger shows the wrong time, the battery might be dead and need to be replaced.

There could be several reasons:
Ensure that the SIM card is active and has sufficient data
Ensure that the GPRS/LTE antenna is connected to the logger
Check the Server and APN settings of the logger
Ensure the logger serial number is added to the StreamLog administration tab.
Test the connection with Streamlog Assistant. Refer Rebel Support page for the instruction manual.

The standard SLA period for Dialog Software is one year (Key-based and Dongle-based Licence can be purchased with a longer SLA duration); once the SLA period is complete, the software will start showing the Licence Expiry notification.
