How to obtain the diagnostic log before contacting support

Ensure your logger is connected to the PC (via USB cable) while performing the steps given below.
Click the 'Logger' tab and then the 'Reflash' tab in the Navigation bar.
Click the 'Diagnostics' tab once the 'Reflash' window opens.
Following these steps displays the diagnostics log of the logger:
Click 'Save'.
Name accordingly and click 'Save' to save the diagnostics log at the desired location.
Click 'Close' to exit the window.
